Katarzyna Skowrońska (Ziemba)

Kasia is a born servant leader focused on helping people so the role of Scrum Master came instinctively. She works as an independent facilitator and consultant with the companies from different industries helping them making software development better each day.

She is amazed by the wisdom of the groups and in order to support people better she became a certified facilitator by the first Polish facilitation school – Pathways.

Kasia was the co-organizer of the Agile community ALE Kraków and the co-organizer of a few Agile conferences in Poland like ACE!, Unexpected Unconference and Scrum Days. She was the volunteer Polish translator of the book "Getting Value out of Agile Retrospectives" and the proofreader of the book "Agile Retrospective Kickstarter". Kasia shares her knowledge as a speaker at the community events (Ladies that UX, Agile Stock) and at conferences (Agile by Example, Scrum Days).
