Scrum.org Applying Professional Scrum for Development Training Student Reviews and Feedback
Throughout the world, our community of Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) empower people and organizations to achieve agility through Scrum. Ken Schwaber, the co-creator of Scrum, founded Scrum.org in 2009 as a global organization to help people and teams solve complex problems. He continues to drive that mission today as our PSTs teach Scrum to tens of thousands of students each year.
We ask our students for feedback in multiple ways as a way to learn how we are doing and improve for the future. This page demonstrates two of the ways we gather feedback on our Professional Scrum Developer training classes:
- Immediately following each class, we ask students to provide reviews of the training using Trustpilot as a third party measurement mechanism.
- Six months after the conclusion of each class, we reach back out to students via a short survey to understand how things are going with what they learned in class.
How long after the class did you start applying concepts that you learned?
Did the concepts in the class improve your work environment and have a positive impact on your work culture or mindset?
Did the class have impact on your ability to deliver value to customers/stakeholders?
Do you feel that the class has helped you advance your career?
