Eye opener
I really enjoyed this training - and I will give a maximum rate when it comes to the “Return of Invested time”
What I liked:
- the walkthrough on how a proper Sprint Planning should be organized at the pod level
- the graphic where Sanjay explained for which scenarios one should use SCRUM and for which Kanban, PMI, Prince2 etc should be used - basically also the difference between a methodology and framework.
- the advices for exam preparation : I basically followed them 100% and I got 100% pass rate
- the page that Sanjay prepared for the classroom with all the possible details, attachments .. and especially reading suggestions
Still, what made me love this training was the trainer - he was able to engage everyone, ask powerful questions and gave very meaningful explanations & justifications.
As I mentioned, this course left me wanting for more Scrum courses, that I hope will happen quite soon.

Interactive Fun PSM 1 Training with Sanjay
I've learned a lot from the Training which are not stated in the Scrum Guide. More detailed information was taught to us by Sanjay and from the Book answer and practical or real-life situation. Straightforward answer were given to us. It was still an interactive class even it's a virtual calls only.

I never participated in a 2 day workshop before were a trainer so successfully captures and focuses the attention of all participants towards the content and goal in this highly interactive course. Professional Scrum Master - Advanced
The two day class with Sanjay was excellent for understanding deeper mechanisms of Scrum, all the principles and it prepared me well for the PSM II exam. It consisted of lot of brake out rooms and hands on experiences followed by highlighting the key principles and well explained mechanisms by the tutor. It was essential as a preparation for the PSM II exam and with a little bit of follow up studying, I passed on the first attempt. Great job Sanjay and the team!

Impactful PSPO Course Experience
The course was absolutely on point, covering all the essential factors to understand the Scrum and the role of a Product Owner. The trainer, Sanjay Singh is an excellent trainer—well-chosen and highly knowledgeable, making complex concepts easy to grasp.

Sanjay Singh Rawat - wow, what a trainer!
Sanjay Singh Rawat, was without a doubt the most competent trainer I encountered in my very long career. I never participated in a 2 day workshop before were a trainer so successfully captures and focuses the attention of all participants towards the content and goal in this highly interactive course. Be it morning, after lunch or close to the end of day! Because of this I passed the exam with flying colours. Thank you!

May be better if Scrum Guide link was provided earlier as a preparatory reading for the class especially for people with no Scrum experience.

Sanjay is truly an one of a kind person! In 2 days he managed to prepare us adequately to be ready to take the exam. He has given us all the necessary info and examples so we can be fully equiped; His knowledge, experience, way of presenting and attitude made our life so much easier! His deep knowledge and exposure to scrum makes you think that he has all the answers to every question!

Passionate and interactive
Sanjay's passion for people and learning is what makes his classes so special. They are full of hands on interactive exercises, to the point that he is almost apologetic taking a few minutes to explain something, rather than letting us explore the topic through the activities. Professional Scrum Master - Advanced
The two day class with Sanjay was excellent for understanding deeper mechanisms of Scrum, all the principles and it prepared me well for the PSM II exam. It consisted of lot of brake out rooms and hands on experiences followed by highlighting the key principles and well explained mechanisms by the tutor. It was essential as a preparation for the PSM II exam and with a little bit of follow up studying, I passed on the first attempt. Great job Sanjay and the team!

Very skilled trainer, who was competent, had a great contact with participants, created an inclusive and interactive environment, provided sufficient and great examples to help us better understand some key concepts. despite a large amount of topics and concepts, the training did not feel overwhelming, Sanjay was able to portion it in just the right way so it is consumable.
