In 2018, Scrum.org and McKinsey & Company started closely collaborating around a shared purpose in helping companies innovate the way their organizations, teams, and individuals work. We are excited to share the results of our research collaboration in this whitepaper, Enterprise agility: Buzz or business impact?

This study explores how to measure the impact of organizations’ enterprise-wide agile transformation and offers a framework for understanding the potential. The findings are based on outcome data from more than 20 companies across six sectors, as well as additional research from our organizations.
