How do you define Empathy?
Dictionary definition - the ability to imagine how another person feels and understand his/her mood. In Hindi we say - समानुभूति.Go back to a time when you felt truly heard or understood in a workplace setting. How did you feel at that time? Who was the person? What was so special about him/her?
