Abstract: The Zones of Value Framework
During this workshop, Valerio Zanini and Zeina Zeitouni explored the Zones of Value Framework that Agile and Product teams can use to build better products.
The product strategy framework helps agile and product teams create value alignment with critical stakeholders and ensure that everything you build delivers on your customers’ Zones of Value.
You will learn about the Zones of Value framework from its creator and founder of Spark Engine Valerio Zanini and Zeina Zeitouni. You will also learn about the 5 Dimensions of innovation, the core framework that drives any product innovation.
