This article spotlights how Maxpert’s Article26 program is addressing the need for accessible, high-quality Agile and Scrum training in Rwanda. Inspired by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the initiative delivers free Scrum education through a socially driven sponsorship model. In collaboration with organizations like Scrum.org, Kepler College, and GIZ, the program combines online and in-person learning with real-world projects, fostering practical skills, certification, and long-term career growth. Article26 is creating a ripple effect—empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and shaping Rwanda’s Agile future.
