Professional Scrum with User Experience™ is a 2-day course for all those who already have basic knowledge of Scrum and are faced with the challenge of integrating UX practices into the framework.

Design work and development often seem difficult to put together.

The designers want to do their job thoroughly, which often doesn't match the short sprints the developers work in.

In this course we cover UX techniques that go very well with Scrum.

Learning objectives

Participants learn some methods from the book "Lean UX" by Jeff Gothelf and Josh Seiden

• How to integrate the practices and methods from (Lean) UX into the Scrum framework so that it remains intact
• How to handle design work in the product backlog so that it fits into the sprints
• Who does the design work in Scrum
• What it is about the so-called "Dual Track Agile"

Certification

Each participant will receive a code to take the online exam "PSU". If you use this code within 14 days after the course and do not pass, you will automatically receive a second free attempt.
