My twenty-year international career in banking, e-commerce, construction, logistics, the public sector and others has led me to work in Cameroon (Douala, Yaoundé) and in France (Paris la Défense, Lyon) for companies such as Société Générale or La Poste group using work management approaches such as: PMP, Kanban, Scrum, Lean UX and Agile at scale.

I hold a Master of Science in computer science, I am a Scrum.org accredited professional trainer (PST) and Agile consultant. I am passionate about well-being at work. That's good, we will talk about it during the trainings ;).

Course overview

The Traditional Interactive training will take place over many half-days or 2 full days and is based on a series of teaching and activities to allow participants to develop a solid understanding and practice the concepts. The training is a combination of concepts teaching, hands-on exercises and teamwork.

The Flip chart training is the same coursewave as the interactive training. The difference is that you will learn at your pace and you will receive materials for all the modules of the training and you will participate to one or several sessions to make sure your grab the takeways of the modules. The number of sessions may depend on you.
