Would you like to learn how you, as a Scrum Master, may provide better guidance to your team’s and organization’s Agile transformation journey?
You may obtain extensive knowledge on the role and responsibilities of a Scrum Master through PSM (Professional Scrum Master) training, a program that is certified internationally by Scrum.org and the foundations of which were laid by the founders of Scrum, the most widely used Agile management framework in the world. For a duration of 2 days, you will get the opportunity to learn how you may better serve the Product Owner, Development Team, and organization as a Scrum Master through practical exercises. Throughout the training, in addition to acquiring theoretical knowledge, you will work in teams and you will be able to enhance what you have learned by participating in discussions and practical exercises regarding real-life cases.

Details of Training
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) training starts with the Scrum Framework in order to form a general understanding of Scrum.
Thereafter, it focuses on the important role and responsibilities of the Scrum Master. This training will allow you to find the answers to several questions, including in particular the following:
- What does it mean to become a Scrum Master?
- What does servant leadership mean?
- What are the responsibilities of Scrum Master towards Product Owner, Development Team, and organization?
- How can s/he fulfill these responsibilities?
After the training, you will be able to create a Scrum Team and have the knowledge and background that will enable you to handle complicated Scrum problems.
