You need this training with up to 2! Tries for the PSU assessment!
Close the gap between Scrum, UX and Design-Practices with PSU
Professional ScrumTM with User Experience (PSU) is a 2-day hands-on course that teaches students who already have a basic understanding of Scrum and some experience in its application how to integrate modern UX practices into their way of working in Scrum to work most effectively in Scrum Teams. Design work can sometimes feel slow and doesn't lend itself well to fast agile cadences and scrum events, but that's not the case. Learn UX techniques that integrate beautifully with Scrum and practice these techniques with cross-functional teams in class. The course also includes up to 2 free attempts at the world-renowned Professional Scrum with User Experience I Certification Assessment (PSU I).
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will leave the class understanding how to align UX work with Scrum fundamentals such as defining "DONE", ordering backlogs and providing "Done" increments at each sprint. You will learn how to handle design work that can extend beyond a single sprint and continue to deliver value every single sprint with Scrum.
Professional Scrum with User Experience is excellent training for anyone working on a product team (engineers, product managers, etc.): Technology teams work better when they work together across disciplines and domains. But different priorities, types of work, and the specific work rhythms of each discipline can lead to silos within teams and within organizations. Learn how to use the Scrum framework and UX techniques to align your team, focus on value and foster collaboration.
