This 2-day interactive course focuses on the Nexus™ framework and how to successfully implement Scrum at scale.
The SPS course goes beyond the fundamentals, offering practical insights into coordinating multiple Scrum teams to work cohesively while minimizing dependencies and maximizing value delivery. Advanced Product DeliveryMore Information
During the Scaled Professional Scrum course, you will experience how to use the Nexus Framework to scale Scrum to deliver value with more than one Scrum Team. In this experiential training, you will learn and apply many practices within a case study context.
Using the simulated large product development using the Nexus Framework, you will work together to learn the principles, practices and techniques needed to successfully maximise the value of a larger product development initiative.
By taking a hands-on approach, students are fully engaged in the learning process where they see first-hand the challenges in large-scale development initiatives and solutions for getting the work back on track. They will leave the workshop with techniques to detect irregularities and how to address them appropriately.
