What is a Hypothesis?
A hypothesis is a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation.* A hypothesis-driven approach is a scientific method where validation through experimentation is necessary to validate or refute assumptions.
Organizations and Scrum Teams can use hypotheses as elements that guide their experimentation and decision-making by outlining their assumptions about the market and their product’s customers and users to test customer satisfaction gaps.
