I just recently tested and didn't pass by a few questions.  All of the questions I missed were in the Cross-functional, self-organizing Teams knowledge area and this content isn't addressed in much detail in the scrum guide.    Do any of you have any suggestions for where I can find study materials for this area?

Thanks in advance!

There's always "The New New Product Development Game" article by Takeuchi and Nonaka which, if I'm not mistaken, is behind a lot of Scrum ideas and discusses self-organized teams in more detail: https://hbr.org/1986/01/the-new-new-product-development-game

Hi Gary,

I just missed by one percent. Did you gave the test again? did you find any good articles on Cross-functional, self-organizing Teams knowledge?
