Professional Scrum Masters enable this sense of working with dignity through their knowledge of the Scrum Framework, but also through a confident understanding of what to do in those squishy areas that exist in between the guide posts that Scrum gives us.

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) class addresses both head on. You will leave the class with the structural knowledge required to support and enable your teams in their adoption of Scrum. And, you will be challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles, so that you can better understand exactly what to do when you return to your teams.

Students will work through real-life scenarios together with their classmates, working together as a team. 

Through a blend of discussion and hands-on exercises, the following topics are covered:

• Scrum Theory & Principles
• The Scrum Framework
• Done & Undone Work
• Product Delivery with Scrum
• Working with People and Teams
• The Scrum Master Accountability

The PSM class is highly interactive and we use little to no PowerPoint. We will use modern training and facilitation techniques to deliver a class that always results in actionable learning. You will not be bored, and I can promise you that you will not be able to multi-task during the class, so please plan accordingly.

Professional Scrum Master Certification

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)assessment. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I.
