Product Ownership develops products both iteratively and incrementally. Incrementally means that new pieces of product will be added continuously, and iteratively means that feedback loops are used to continuously optimize the whole as well.

Product Ownership identifies potential risks and waste within the development process and implements strategies to address them. It ensures that resources are used efficiently and that the development process is as streamlined as possible.

Product Ownership entails upholding the ability to innovate, through upholding high quality standards.
