In Scrum, every Sprint is an agreement. The Scrum Team agrees to deliver a valuable Increment of Done functionality at least once per Sprint, and the organization agrees to limiting interruptions during the Sprint where possible. In certain circumstances, however, interruptions are unavoidable. Sometimes there’s an emergency that just can’t wait.
