Lay-out assessment differs from open assessments

During the assessment of Professional SCRUM Product Owner I I was surprised by seeing a different lay-out and even different functionality of the assessment comparing with the open assessments. Is it possible to make them equal to each other? Some of my colleagues used the "new" bookmark a question functionality and meet some confusing situations.
