Hello Scrum community,

I'm now writing my master thesis on the configuration and use of Scrum in different industries.

I used to work in a Manufacturing company using Scrum.

They changed the original Scrum framework because of different organizational, behavioral, environmental, educational and business aspects.

However, the resulting framework caused a very bad reporting system, random Ceremonies, messy interaction, a lot of chaos and scare of losing job.

So I decided to research about this topic.

How do you use Scrum in your companies?

Does your configuration work?

Are you happy of working with Scrum?

Is it helping you doing your job?

Have you been trained enough?

The following survey will try to examine this issues. I hope we will have interesting results mainly from the "Scrum for Hardware" side.

I kindly ask you to have a go, share it and please let me know what you think.
