Hello all!

  1. You are in charge to apply a course about agile project management.
  2. One of the items of that course is that you are going to compare both waterfall and agile management approaches.
  3. After some slides you are going to apply a collaboration game that would work as “deal breaker” for people which are uncertain to understand the advantages of the agile method.

An example could be the “Easter Egg Challenge”.

What collaboration game would you use? Any ideas? Why?
