Difference between "Scrum" and "Scrum with Kanban"
Could someone please post main difference between these two frameworks?
I would start with reading the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams and other content available. It isn't about comparing 2 frameworks. There are loads of content on Scrum compared to Kanban, this is about how do you take some of the great practices in Kanban and use them in Scrum to improve flow, transparency, throughput and more. Scrum with Kanban is still Scrum.
