Job as a SM
I have two job offers, one from geico and one from capital one. Both are for scrum masters. I know the standard capital one has for scrum masters. But at the same time I've heard how their performance reviews (forced ranking) are and how political the organization can get. They are forced to cut at least 10% of their workforce from each group. I will also have to relocate for capital one. Geico is nothing like that and they just started implementation Agile, so I think that will be a great way to improve my skills as a scrum master and experience how it's like building an Agile environment from the ground up, rather than just maintaining. Any thoughts from people who have worked as scrum masters at either geico or cap 1?
