Scrum Master service to the organization
Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
> Can somebody give examples what techniques scrum master uses to do the above?
> What is meant by Empirical Product Development?
Scrum Master can arrange some group training to teach Scrum concepts. When necessary, Scrum Master can also arrange one-on-one consultancy services for issues that have been raised or recognized.
Agile practices rely on empiricism for the best solution to emerge. You can refer to this video below.

No code survives contact with the customer.
Thank you Ching-Pei Li for the above comment

Empirical product development means Scrum framework of product development. True?
Failure can be a powerful way to learn.
Imagine stakeholders who expect unrealistic completion dates.
It might be helpful to watch this approach being applied, then make it really transparent where the problems were, when ultimately this approach fails.
That might then be a good opportunity to suggest probabilistic forecasting based on collaboration with the team, and using historic data.

Empirical product development means Scrum framework of product development?
Would be great if someone provides their valuable feedback on above.
Thanks in advance
Hi Prateek,
Have you read the book "Scrum: A Pocket Guide"

In an organization, training for a team or group that is not responsible for this Scrum Master usually requires management approval. For scrum Master, who also acts as an organization's agile coach, to reduce the obstacles to scrum, he can proactively advise the management to arrange or authorize him to perform such training.
For empirical development, you can take a look at the following video:
Thank you Ching-Pei Li for feedback. Will try to go through the above two resources mentioned by you.
Hi Prateek,
The book "Scrum: A Pocket Guide" is not only to answer your question.
In the process of learning and promoting Scrum, if I can only have one book, then this book is.
I know you also want to get PSPO I certification. It is recommended that you read this book first and you will be able to learn a lot about the core values and concepts associated with agile development.
I've read it many times. Every time I read, I will add some comments.
I also bought a lot of this book for my teams.
