Where to put a newly minted PSM I destination on my resume
I passed the PSM I assessment yesterday and would like to update my resume with this new designation. Where should I add it? Do I add it after my name, after my MBA designation? Should I add it in my Education section? Thoughts?
For those wondering how I studied, I read through the Scrum Guide several times and took the practice assessments multiple times (until I was able to pass with 100%). I also worked in a Scrum environment for several years, which helped with some of the questions.
TIA
I put it into the Certification section, close to very bottom of the last page of my resume :) Just because that section usually lands there (e.g. LinkedIn).
I did it for the certification section after education. I also have the initials after my name, on my resume it reads "Curtis Slough, PSM1". Last thing I did was put the PSM1 logo in the top-right corner of my resume as well as the scrum.org logo.
Good idea with the so visible PSM logo (should one apply for SM role).
Curtis, I love the idea of placing those logos on resumes!
I wish I could say it was my original idea, but I stole it from someone else. It really makes it stand out though, I've gotten a lot more response from it since tweaking the format and adding those logos.
Hi, I would definitely put it into Certification or Additional Education Section. In case you don't have such a section in your CV just rewrite it. Before writing my CV I read these articles:

Good Luck!
@Richard Miles, your link is to this actual post. :-)
I have a certification section and place newly acquired ones at the top for my generalised CV.
You can then re-arrange the order for the specific job you are applying for.
I wouldnt put certification initials after your name, as that space is normally reserved for your degree status and any honours you have been rewarded (MBE, etc). Either the first or last line of your summary section would be a better alternative, especially if you have many certifications. Again, for you specialised CV you could possibly added the relevant ones below your name.
Adding logos is an interesting idea, but again, if you have many where would you put them? First line of first page or last line of last page, or even last live of certification section? For a specialised CV you could just add the relevant ones only.
I'm applying for a job and decided to refresh my resume. I recently received another certificate of advanced training. I'm thinking of listing this certificate in the certification section as well. I really want to get a good job.
