I used to always be intrigued by experimenting with something new and incidentally encountered Scrum during my Product Development days. My passion for Scrum since then has exponentially increased. Fortunately, got an opportunity to play various roles like Scrum Master, Product Owner & Agile Coach. Further, successfully implemented Agile in Banking, Agriculture Biotech, eCommerce and Travel space domains.

As an Agile Advocate, I focus on helping organizations adopt new ways of working by challenging the status quo. The innate nature of human is to learn and I believe in creating an impact on people’s lives through mastery of Scrum and by helping them to build an Agile mindset that will accelerate value delivery to their customers

I am very passionate about creating a profound impact on the professional and personal development of individuals and teams that will in-turn inspire them to do more than they think they can achieve.
