Great balance between theory and practical application

Very good PSPO Classroom with Matthijs Kouw
Matthijs Kouw did not only show us the theoretical information. He showed us a lot practical cases to understand. Also the classroom was very interactive. We had to do a lot of relevant practical exercises with small groups. It kept us during the two long intensive days with much information active, sharp and exited to learn more.

About Matthijs
Hi! I’m a Product Management Consultant and Professional Scrum Trainer based in The Netherlands.
Being a product professional is hard. My classes are set up as hands-on and interactive experiences that teach you how to be a successful product professional. I put a lot of emphasis on how things are done in practice and how Scrum can work for you.
As a product management consultant, I experience the struggles related to product development on a daily basis and love to share these insights during my classes. I also invite students to share their own experiences - every class is an opportunity for me to learn as well!
Outside of the classroom, I help people and organisations to thrive in the face of complexity and uncertainty by improving their ability to learn and adapt. My work empowers organizations to build the right products and services, using a suitable process, whilst allowing people to prosper.
