Ich habe kürzlich den PSPO-Advanced Kurs bei Mark Rehberg absolviert und bin begeistert! Der Kurs war äußerst spannend und praxisorientiert, mit vielen Techniken, auf die ich später zurückgreifen kann. Dank der hervorragenden Vorbereitung durch Mark konnte ich das Zertifikat im ersten Versuch erfolgreich erlangen. Ich kann diesen Kurs jedem empfehlen, der seine Kenntnisse im Bereich Product Owner vertiefen möchte.

Die abwechslungsreiche und interaktive Gestaltung hat das Lernen nicht nur spannend gemacht, sondern mich auch optimal auf die Prüfung vorbereitet – die ich direkt im ersten Anlauf bestanden habe! This course is well structered and I liked the daily timebox from 9am to 1pm. Nice examples with a lot experience from Mark and definitely never boring. I hope to see you again in another training.

Very good training as a PO basis and in preparation for the certificate. Mark teaches the content in a pleasant and catchy way with lots of practical exercises. For me, the structure with 4 morning slots was perfect for online training.

Ein gelungener Kurs zum Auffrischen des richtigen Mindsets, man lernt aber auch viele praktische Kniffe für den Alltag (+bekommt Literatur-Tipps, Anregungen für eigene Ideen etc). Die vier halben Tage waren perfekt aufgeteilt, da man vormittags etwas gelernt hat, was man nachmittags reflektieren oder gleich anwenden konnte. Würde ich genauso wieder besuchen bzw. weiterempfehlen.

Mark is super positive and empathetic—you’ll like him within minutes of meeting him. He’s open-minded and knows how to turn course material into an engaging mix of storytelling and discussion. Plus, the tools he uses in his virtual classes are super simple and easy to use. PSM II was my third training with Mark. I’ve also done Management 3.0 and PSM I with him, and I’ve always been really happy with how he teaches and guides us through the content. What I really appreciate is how great he is at working with international groups. As a Bulgarian, I joined his class in German, and even though German isn’t my first language, I had no trouble understanding everything or fitting into the group discussions. I highly recommend all of Mark’s courses—not just this one! He’s a rare find as a coach, and trust me, I’ve seen a lot!

Es gibt viele Eindrücke, die diese Fortbildung für mich so optimal gemacht haben. Ich möchte Mark als Referenten besonders hervorheben, weil er das einfach Klasse gemacht hat und immer eine alternative Erklärung fand, wenn man etwas Mal nicht direkt verstanden hat. Mit tollen Beispielen aus dem Leben, die für sich gesprochen haben. Insgesamt herrschte eine lockere Atmosphäre, die Mark spielerisch in den Kurs gebracht hat. Alles in allem war die Fortbildung erfolgreich, sodass ich die Prüfung wenige Tage danach, ohne viel Bücher wälzen bestehen konnte. Die Zeiten zwischen 09 - 13 Uhr sind für mich persönlich auch wesentlich angenehmer.

Ich habe schon mehrere Kurse besucht bei der Scrum.org, aber auch darüber hinaus und ich kann Mark und diesen Kurs nur empfehlen. Es wird nicht nur an der Oberfläche gekratzt sonder man erlebt einen wahren Deep Dive in die Materie. Man hangelt sich von Tag zu Tag anhand der sehr gut vermittelten Stances und einem Fiktiven Projekt entlang, aber es wird ständig mit Praxiserfahrung und Best Practices untermauert. Dazu kommen Stück für Stück Metriken und Tools dazu und man kann auch seine persönlichen Erfahrungen einbringen. Unabhängig von der Zertifizierung konnte ich für uns perspektivisch auch mein Produkt bereits einen Mehrwert mitnehmen, den ich in Experimenten umsetzen werde. Danke Mark

It was a great experience working with Mark. I learned a lot more details than expected. Even though the agenda was fully packed we had enough time to discuss our questions and thoughts on different matters. Great training "from the back of the classroom". Despite the fixed agenda, Mark still had time to respond to individual questions. In this course I found exactly what I was looking for: what I can't get from a book or a YouTube video. In addition to the pure content, I specifically mean the nuances and focal points that make working with and in a team a success or a disaster. Mark also gave a lot of insight into his own work and backed up the theory with his own expertise. I look forward to the next courses with him!

Mark war ein super Coach für meine PSPO1 Schulung. Er hat Klasse die Theorie rüber gebracht und dann viele Praxisnahe Tipps gegeben. Das war eine super Vorbereitung auf die Prüfung, aber vieles kann man bereits jetzt auch in den Alltag integrieren. Weiter so Mark! Die Mini-Spiele, Gruppen-Aufgaben und Interaktivität haben den Remote Kurs super ergänzt.

A very diverse and engaging Scrum course with Mark Rehberg. We not only learned a lot but also had a great time laughing. I highly recommend it.

Mark ist ein toller Kursleiter und man merkt rasch, dass er sehr viel Erfahrung hat. Durch den Kurs habe ich viele hilfreiche Inputs erhalten, welche ich in meiner Rolle anwenden kann. Die Aufteilung auf vier Tage mit vier Stunden fand ich sehr angenehm. Es war eine gute Vorbereitung auf die Zertifizierung. Den nächsten Kurs werde ich definitiv wieder bei Mark machen.

In der Schulung merkt man sofort, dass Mark große Erfahrung in Scrum hat und die Schulung abwechslungsreich und vor allem interaktiv gestaltet wird, sodass jeder Teilnehmer dabei ist und mitgenommen wird. Auch die Aufteilung auf 4 Tage mit jeweils 4h Schulung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Gute Vorbereitung auf die Prüfung.

Lehrreiche und gute Scrum Schulung. Am besten fande ich die Aufteilung auf 4h für 4 Tage. Mark war super nett und hat gute Laune verbreitet. Außerdem hat er sehr geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet. Ich hab mich gut auf die Prüfung vorbereitet gefühlt.

Dadurch war die Schulung sehr interaktiv und es gab nur wenige Präsentationen. Stattdessen wurden die Inhalte von den Teilnehmer:innen selbst erarbeitet, was der Schulung eine unglaubliche Energie verlieh. Es war großartig zu sehen, wie jeder Teilnehmer aktiv einbezogen wurde und wir gemeinsam die verschiedenen Aspekte von Scrum erkundeten. Besonders beeindruckend war der intensive Austausch unter den Teilnehmern. Durch die interaktiven Übungen und Diskussionen konnten wir viele Einblicke in die Implementierung von Scrum in verschiedenen Unternehmen gewinnen. Mark found the right balance so that we could explore the topics in the course ourselves in small groups and at the same time I was able to benefit a lot from his experience and knowledge. He paid close attention to the many breaks that are worth their weight in gold in remote training.

Mark is a very competent trainer and the sessions were very entertaining and enjoyable. The content was explained with many practical examples and thus made tangible. Course was very well trained and Mark immediately connected with all of the participants I felt. Thereby it was very easy for him to inspire and for me to be inspired. Only thing might be to get some more real life anecdotes in there to visualize possible problem solving methods a bit more. Additionally having 4 half days instead of 2 full days also was a good way to learn.

Classes were dynamic and with good teams dynamic and Mark show us the differences between waterfall and scrum, using disruptive examples. It is the only way to change old-fashioned people to the new scrum framework.

Die 4 Tage vergingen wie im Flug. Die beiden Kursleitenden waren sehr kompetent und transportierten echte Begeisterung, Wir wurden gut auf die den Scrum Master Test vorbereitet. Einziger Malus war für mich war dass ich Miro nur teilweise geeignet. Für die Colaboration finde ich es super. Als Kursunterlage (um meine eigenen Notizen zu machen oder Dinge zu highlighten) fände ich eine tradionelle Powerpoint oder Worddokumentation besser.
