Hi everyone,
I'm preparing for PSPO 2 and came across a question regarding personas.

There is no standardized definition or a checklist of what makes up a persona, it's quite a subjective method, so which resources that scrum.org refers to should I check?

thanks

A.

The type of persona you should learn about is the proto-persona from the UX world (vs marketing personas created by investing in research).

All the best!
