Hello Scrum.org Community,

I hope this message finds you well! My name is Felix, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Prevention and Health Psychology. My research is focused on understanding how Scrum Masters can better support the mental health and resilience of their teams in agile environments.

Why This Research is Important: Agile teams often work in high-pressure settings where maintaining mental well-being is crucial for sustaining productivity and innovation. The Scrum Master's role is vital in fostering an environment where team members feel supported, both mentally and emotionally. This research aims to explore current practices and identify effective strategies that Scrum Masters can use to enhance team dynamics, foster innovation, and improve overall job satisfaction.

How You Can Contribute: I’ve put together a brief survey (approximately 15 minutes) to gather insights from Scrum Masters like yourselves. Your participation would be incredibly valuable, especially since I’m aiming to collect about 20 more responses to reach my research goals. If you encounter any questions that you’re not comfortable answering, please feel free to skip them—every bit of feedback helps!

Privacy and Confidentiality: Rest assured, all responses are completely anonymous and will only be used for academic purposes. No personal data will be collected or shared.

Here’s the link to the survey: Healthy Scrum Survey

Thank you so much for considering this. Looking forward to your input!

Best regards,
Felix
