Olá pessoal, boa tarde;

Obrigado.

I had to use Google Translate to read your message. I will write this in English and then paste a copy of Google Translate's interpretation of it.

First, Scrum has events not ceremonies.  A ceremony is usually associated to some type of ritual but an event can have many things happen at once.  Consider a college graduation which is a ceremony versus a holiday fair which is an event.

Second, you do not carry out any of the events.  The entire Scrum Team does.  You may help organize them but the team does the work.  For example, Sprint Planning is mostly Developer activity.  The Daily Scrum is nothing but Developer activity.

Third, the events are expected to be in a specific order, however, there is nothing said about whether they have to be in the same day.  You want to have as little work day between the events as possible to reduce wasted time but having 3 events in a single day can be taxing.  My go-to is to have Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective in one day and then start the next day with Sprint Planning.  That gives the team an night to refresh before starting planning.

Thank you very much.
The question was whether the events occur in sequence with each other, in this case, the review, the retrospective and the planning, without there being software development in this period, from the review to the end of the planning.
From what I understand, yes, even if on separate days.
