AgilePM(from APMG International) or Agile Practitioner from PMI
Hi All,
Sorry if I am putting this in the wrong place. I have a question regarding each one of those certifications. Can you, please advice which one you think can bring more benefit. In my personal opinion I think the PMI is better because the requirements to attend even the exam are quite high, compared to the APMG. Also it seems to me that APMG has 2 leves(foundation and seniro one) but both of them are quite short in time and with 50% passing score? I am SM for almost 2 years now and I think is next step in my professional Agile life and that's why I need some input so I can make good decision.
Thanks everybody!
Lyubomir
Since you post on the Scrum.org website and you are already PSM I, I'll advice you to pas the PSM II assessments.
Hi Oliver,
Thanks for your feedback. I am a bit worried to sit the PSM II currently. From I read in the forum, but also online I am not 100% sure that I will be able to pass first time. Also since the exam is quite expensive compared to the other ones, I think I might continue first with PSP and maybe SPS before moving to PSM II. My question about the 2 certification programs is because I think I need a little bit more explanation f2f about Agile as a methodology on top of my readings :) and then maybe take more certificates. Anyway thanks for your input.
Regards,
L.
