Custom Software Dev Tasks

Hi All,

Hope you are all well. I am trying to put together a list of general tasks that exist within a software business.

My thinking is to create these tasks under company departments, and then also map these across to a broad SDLC.

I think that all players within the business would benefit from a checklist that they could refer to. We can also use it in workflows as the project progresses from lead to sign off and payment.

Any thoughts around this?
