Has anyone passed PSM II without attending an advanced scrum practitioner course. If so, do you mind sharing what you did to pass.

Hi,
there currently isn't a course for the PSM II.
You need to have some experience with Scrum (at least a year) and be confident to be able to discuss any topic area of Scrum to a detailed level.
It includes short answer questions (essay) as well as true/false, radio button and checkbox answers.
I found it to be a very though provoking assessment, and required a high degree of experience to work with it.

I hope that helps.

Simon

Hi. Could anyone recommend a course that would help with passing PSM II? Obviously experience is important but it would be nice to also get that extra input from the experts.

Could anyone also give some suggestions of likely essay type questions that one could use for prep?

Hi,

Here is a sample PSM II question.
https://www.scrum.org/Forums/aft/1443#7705

I need a English writing course to pass PSM II. :)

Actually, as a non-native english guy, the essay-questions were very challenging for me.
You have very little time and you can't loose your time with an english dictionary.
I passed it on my second try.

I'd like to try my first shoot recently.

Otherwise, I will never know how challenging the PSM II is.

:)
