Hi all,
just a doubt: since very few documents are provided in SCRUM, did you ever implement SCRUM in big companies subject to quality standards for documentation (ISO 9000)? So can SCRUM be used in some way to be compliant with ISO?

Thanks,
A.

Hi,
My company is ISO 9001.
The audit company was very interested in agile process during the audit. Scrum is not against ISO.

The QA asked me how to deal with Scrum & ISO 9001 together.
My point of view is that we apply between 2 strategies :
-have Product Backlog Item related to ISO stuff. The PO has to deal with the priorities of theses PBI
-have criteria in the Definition Of Done that ensure every increment is ISO compliant
