PSM I Exam paid, but received no password

I'v paid for the PSM I Exam this wednesday (Wed Sep 03 07:23:51 -0400 2014 according to the email I've received), but I didn't get a password yet. On thursday I've tried to contact you with the contact-page, but I did not hear from you.
Could you please send me a password, so I can take the Exam. Would be very appreciated.

Your password was sent to you within minutes of your order confirmation on September 3rd. We received and replied to your original contact form, and then re-sent the password yesterday, September 4th. It appears you did not receive any messages being sent from us, and we believe the messages are being blocked on your end. Occasionally Scrum.org notification emails are caught in a spam filter due to network security or firewall settings, so we suggest adding support@scrum.org to your email client’s friendly contacts and safe-senders list in order to receive important communications from Scrum.org.
We tried calling you just a few minutes ago, but were unable to get the call to go through. If you would kindly email support@scrum.org with your order number and an alternative email address, we will be happy to get your password over to you.
I've received my password, it indeed appears to be a problem with a spam filter.

There was a typo in your email address when your order was being placed. We re-sent your assessment password to the correct address after you reached out to support@scrum.org. If you are unable to locate the email, please kindly double-check your spam folder.
Hi , I too am facing a similar issue. I paid for the assessment on 12th April 2018. Its been 2 days and i haven't received the password yet. i have checked the spam filters in my mailbox.
