Sprint Goal

Hi All
Can the Sprint Goal change during the course of the Sprint ? If yes , it is whose responsibility to get that updated -- the Product Owner or the Scrum Team?

No changes are made that could endanger the Sprint Goal. This is clearly stated in Scrum Guide. If the Sprint Goal becomes obsolete (that means the supporting Product Backlog Items are not needed anymore) it's a question of Sprint Cancellation.
