As Dominik says in his blog note (but I absolutely want to stress it): EXPERIENCE. Reading and studying alone won't do the job.

+1 to Dominik's suggestion of managing your time wisely -- the timebox is very tight.

I want to add 3 more tips(be sure you do these *in addition to* the advice above):

* Though not required, take a PSM course with a Scrum.org instructor. This is a somewhat self serving statement since I'm a trainer, but also great advice to help you increase your Scrum knowledge to pass the PSM II.

* If you have taken a PSM course recently, or if you haven't passed your PSM I exam recently, it might be worth it to take the PSM I exam again to refresh some of your basic knowledge. If you take a PSM course, you get a free attempt at the PSM I (even if you already have that cert). Otherwise you can purchase a new attempt for $100USD.

Definitely make sure you know your Scrum Guide backward and forward. The guide changed significantly in 2011 and 2013, so make sure you are up to date with the *very latest* Scrum Guide. Scrum Guide here:
