How to get Scrum Master job in Germany/UK

Hi all

This is Sumit Gupta from India having 5 yrs exp as SM (overall 14 yrs exp in IT). I wish to get international exposure and explore Germany or UK. Could you please advise how do I get an SM job in Germany or UK? Is German B2 level necessary to get a job in Deutschland? I have tried applying to various vacancies in LinkedIn, stepstone, indeed UK, reed, etc, but mostly get a reply that you were not selected.No recruiter tells the reason :(

Could you please advise how to proceed? If somebody could share getting a job from India in these countries, that would be very helpful
