Time to market
Development teamwork on software development is related to enhancing the operation functionalities and integrate all operational functions from old system to new one.I would like to know, how we can implement time to market conception in that case. Or is time to market case matter in that situation?
Although this is an internal process and does not relate to market issues.
Just because the product is an internal product, doesn't mean that you don't have customers. Who is going to use this product? That's your "market". For example, my team recently brought in feature that was app impersonation for customer service reps. That's a completely internal feature but our customers/market was the customer service department. Don't get too caught up in semantics of "market", consider who will use your product and consider them your customer.
