Training in Europe for indeep comparison of the famous 4 to 6 scaling scrum / agile frameworks?
Hi,
I'm looking for a managment level training to help the attendes make a well informed decision which of the common scaling frameworks should be tried first, given a enterprise transformation scenario. Does anyone already attended such a course (or has taught one :) ) and would like to share his experience (and maybe give a clue where to look for, 'cause good ol' google ain't no help here).
Training course should be in Central Europe, not NA, and not a internal workshop.
Best,
Arne
"given a enterprise transformation scenario" - in my opinion, you don't need "managment level training"; what you'd need is to have a skilled person helpinig you (on a contract basis maybe?) for at least a few weeks/months.
Training lasts for a day or a week, but afterwards you'll be left with lots of questions and no answers. I'd argue it would be best to have someone dedicated to your cause so to speak, one who can look into your company's specifics, understand where you are, suggest possible ways of working, coach everyone involved (bottom to management), etc.
One more thing - you're asking about "common scaling frameworks", but what are you practising/using right now as foundation? XP, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban? Hybrid? Do you think "managment level training" is going to help with the ground transformation?
