Hello everyone,

During my internship, I have worked agile for several months. What caught my attention is the degree to which people are satisfied with working agile/scrum. For example, in my team (HR) it was hard to define the 'real' product, hence we did not really like the scrum methodology. On the other hand, production and IT teams really loved it! Moreover, in the scientific literature, it seems no real hard empirical evidence exists explaining an increase in job satisfaction when working agile/scrum.

I decided to write my master thesis about this phenomena, researching the link between an agile way of working and job satisfaction. I am not sure whether this forum is the right place to ask for your opinion, but it would really help me out if you could share your experience by filling in this short survey (will take about 5-10 mins): https://vueconomics.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3xQMSsQ4dKrO7Zz

Kind regards,

Tycho Luttik
