Ein Mann, der auf Maria Montessori referiert und sich mit ihr identifiziert, ist schon per se ziemlich cool. The training was better than expected. At first I thought it would be impossible to get a comprehensive overview in just two days. Our trainer was Daniel Alvarez-Arribas. He was brilliant in his field. He left no room for unanswered questions. Using practical examples, he was able to convey the theory-heavy topic very well. He always addressed all participants to ensure that no one was left behind. His personal nature combined with his outstanding expertise was very pleasant. Ich habe an dem Professional Scrum Master Kurs mit Daniel Alvarez Arribas teilgenommen. Daniel ist sehr erfahren und unterstützend. Er vermittelt die Theorie verständlich und gibt gleichzeitig sehr viel Raum für Fragen. Dadurch bleibt er sehr nah an den Teilnehmern dran und passt die Inhalte an die Bedürfnisse von allen an! Great Scrum training
The two days were not a course in a conventional sense, but a true and fascinating learning experience. Daniel Alvarez Arribas is an excellent Scrum trainer and has outstanding teaching and communication skills. The training was very well tailored to the needs of the participants and offered plenty of room for questions. It was challenging and insightful from the first to the last minute. Highly recommended!

We had a great Scrum trainer
We had a great Scrum trainer, Daniel Alvarez Arribas, who convinced with his deep and broad knowledge of Scrum and related fields, who took the time to explain where needed and to answer questions in the right amount of detail. It was fun to be part of this training but also challenging, just the right mix. If I would go for another training, Daniel would be my choice.

Als professioneller Scrum-Trainer bin ich spezialisiert auf Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) mit besonders praxisnaher Durchführung.
Bei meiner eigenen Arbeit als Scrum-Master habe ich eine breite Vielfalt von Teams und Organisationen begleitet. Die Produkte reichten dabei von Software und IT-Systemlandschaften, über elektromechanische und elektrooptische Geräte und Maschinen, bis zu mit Scrum organisierter Veränderungsarbeit an Organisationen. Dabei habe ich viele situative Herausforderungen erlebt und die Teams dabei unterstützt, sie zu lösen.
Schließlich habe ich mich auf die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Praxisnahem PSM spezialisiert. Während meiner Trainings erhältst Du viele wichtige Erkenntnisse und Tipps aus meiner Erfahrung.
