Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) – Immersive Training - Unlimited weekly sessions 

Develop the skills and mindset of an effective Product Owner with an interactive, real-world learning experience. This cohort-based program follows the Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO-I curriculum, equipping you with the ability to deliver value, manage stakeholders, and maximise product success.

Unlike traditional two-day classes, this public cohort meets weekly, and you get unlimited access—attend as many sessions as you need until you’ve reached your learning goals. Each week, you'll explore a key topic, try it out in your workplace, and get feedback in the next session.

📅 Timing: Wednesdays, 8am – 9am UK time

What You’ll Learn & Apply Between Sessions:

Agile Product Management – Understand how agile can lead to competitive advantage, when combined with a product mindset focused on creating value for customers.
🔹 Example skill to try: Populate a business model canvas to understand your current product, then bring it back for discussion with the cohort and explore areas to improve/

Maximising Product Value – Learn how to define, measure, and continuously deliver real value to customers and stakeholders.
🔹 Example skill to try: Create a list of industry and domain specific forms of value that are relevant to your product, then use these to create a decision-making framework for product backlog ordering.

The Scrum Framework – Understand the system within with a product owner operates, and how to make the most of the accountabilities, events, and artefacts.
🔹 Example skill to try: Schedule a one-on-one conversation with your Scrum Master and raise a delivery capability challenge that you'd like to collaborate in improving with them.

Product Backlog Management – Master techniques for prioritisation, refinement, and balancing competing demands.
🔹 Example skill to try: Run a story mapping session with your team to quickly generate product backlog items for an upcoming initiative, quarterly plan, or new product. Experiment with using generative AI as part of the creative process to augment human innovation, then come back to the group and discuss how this worked for you.

Release Planning – Learn how to create a roadmap that aligns teams and guides product development towards the product goal and product vision. Explore ways of collaborating with the whole Scrum Team as well as key stakeholders, to manage the evolving forecast and likely release dates.
