By the end of the course, you'll be better equipped to connect the Product Goals you’re striving to achieve with the actual work being done, ensuring that value delivery is front and center.
You'll also dive into effective stakeholder communication, a critical skill for any Product Owner. All participants will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills Certification. If you attempt the test within 14 days and don’t score at least 85%, you’ll receive a second attempt at no additional cost.
This course is your opportunity to sharpen your skills and ensure that your Product Backlog is a powerful tool for delivering value, rather than a roadblock.
