Professional Scrum Master

What is the course like?

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) course is designed as an interactive and comprehensive introduction to Scrum and its application. It's an intensive learning experience that teaches the core principles of Scrum, providing a deep understanding of key concepts, the framework, and the roles within a Scrum Team, particularly that of the Scrum Master. Through discussions and exercises, participants are immersed in Scrum theory and practice, with a focus on developing the skills needed to facilitate and support a Scrum Team's work​

Who is it for?

What will you need?

• Attendees are expected to have read the Scrum Guide
• Practical experience working in a Scrum team is beneficial, but not a necessary as you will learn from the course.

This is an in-person interactive event delivered over 2 days, supported by simulation, group exercises and discussions.
