Professional Scrum Master

Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the accountabilities of the Scrum Master.  Through a combination of discussion and exercises, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.

Certification & Assessment

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Students of official Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master classes are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I.

How do I take the assessment?
The assessment is taken online in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet-connected computer.

What is required to achieve certification?
The assessment comprises 80 multiple-choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. We provide practice assessments and a full eLearning version of the course to help you prepare.

This is a Live Virtual Remote/Online Course. The course is specially designed to run online and includes frequent breaks and an hour for lunch. Full details on how to participate will be sent to you by email shortly before the class.
