The Professional Scrum Master training is a comprehensive two-day course aimed at different levels of Scrum practitioners. It is perfect for those new to the Scrum Master role who seek foundational skills, current Scrum Masters aiming to deepen their expertise, and professionals adapting to agile delivery's evolving demands. 

The course provides a blend of knowledge consolidation, practical techniques, and interactive experiences. Participants will strengthen their grasp of core Scrum principles and learn to form high-performing Scrum teams, paving the way towards the PSM I certification.

Attending this training includes up to two free attempts at the PSM I assessment, leading to an industry-recognised certification.

Duncan is an experienced and qualified Professional Scrum Trainer (PST). He draws on many years of practical experience as an agile project manager and scrum master.   He has a proven track record for delivering high quality products, using these skills to help others build better products as a consultant, coach and trainer.  Duncan has successfully achieved PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII, PSPOI, PSPOII and PST Professional Scrum certificates and is well qualified in making sure that delegates have a thorough understanding of the course material in order to achieve success themselves.
