More Information

During this interactive workshop, you will bust the myth that you can’t use Scrum and Kanban together. Through structured exercises, you will explore the benefits of optimising the flow of work in Scrum using Kanban practices.

You will learn how to apply four Kanban practices to your Scrum implementation:

  • Visualise the workflow on a Kanban board
  • Limit the Work In Progress (WIP)
  • Actively manage the work items in progress
  • Using flow optimisation to inspect and adapt the way the team works.
  •

By leveraging these practices to enhance transparency, teams improve their self-management, collaboration and improve their ability to achieve predictable delivery at a sustainable pace. In the course, common delivery challenges and patterns are used to focus on delivering a “Done” increment.

You will leave with a clear understanding of what good Kanban looks like, and how to implement it with your Scrum adoption.
