Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) is a 2-day course that teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework. Scrum.org have worked with Daniel Vacanti, author of Actionable Agile Metrics for Predictability, in the creation of this course.

What You Will Learn
In this class, students will learn how additional practices from Kanban can be introduced into their Scrum Teams without changing Scrum. They will learn how to add the right practices and the benefits that their Scrum Teams can achieve from using Scrum with Kanban.

Who Should Attend:
The Professional Scrum with Kanban course is for anyone doing Scrum. It is particularly beneficial for those people within an organization who use Scrum to deliver products to the market including Product Owners, Development Team Members and Scrum Masters.
Certification:
All participants completing the Professional Scrum with Kanban course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSK I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. If you attempt the PSK I assessment within 14 days of receiving the password and do not score at least 85%, you will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.

Is this course online?
Yes, this course has been converted from a face to face training course to a "virtual" training experience. You can take this training from the comfort of your own home, but means you need to have an internet connection.
How does the online experience differ from the face to face training?
We all adjusting to this new reality and need to social distance. We've been surprised how similar the online experience is to the face to face one and how engaged the students have been throughout the day. The feedback has been excellent from students who've taking the online training, along with the assessment results.
What is included in the price?
The price includes two days of training which includes course materials and 2 attempts at the PSK assessment, a lifetime certification from Scrum.org. All bagile courses come with post classroom support. You can contact us at any time to arrange remote follow up coaching.
How do I achieve the Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) certification?
The PSK certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet connected computer.
What is required to achieve the Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) certification?
The PSK assessment is comprised of 80 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. The course fee provides up to 2 attempts at the PSK assessment. A second attempt is offered if the 1st attempt is taking within 14 days after the course and failed to pass.
What are the course hours?
Courses start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00 each day.

The only preparation required is to read the Scrum Guide & the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams

This training course is a virtual one and will take place from the comfort of your own home. You’ll only need a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone that's it.
With the use of video conferencing, online collaboration tools, and a combination of cameras on our side, to obtain an interactive learning environment you would get in a physical in-person training. The delivery & outcome of the virtual classes have far surpassed our own expectations.
