The Scrum.org Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) course is an engaging one-day course focused on facilitation techniques.  Great facilitation can help teams solve problems, build consensus, and foster transparency.

Scrum teams are self-managing.  Being able to lead an effective meeting is key to a team's ability to self-manage.  Effective facilitation can help teams move forward toward their desired outcomes.

This course will give you a toolkit of facilitation techniques which you can use to help increase the effectiveness of your Scrum events.
